Vesak Day 2016

Vesak Day commemorates the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and passing away.  It will be celebrated in Ottawa on May 7, 2016.  May is also Asian Heritage Month in Canada. 

The celebrations will feature cultural perfomances and art displays from Ottawa's diverse Asian communities.  Come join us on Saturday, May 7 from noon to 4 pm at Ottawa City Hall (Jean Pigott Hall), 110 Laurier Avenue West.
